Pro adds AI-powered tools like the Image Generator and AI Reservation Bot. Pro+ unlocks advanced features for high-volume stores. For stores that want a fully managed service, our Growth Partner plan ($1,999/month) includes a dedicated campaign strategist who handles everything for you. Enterprise pricing is available for chains. All plans are month-to-month with no long-term contracts.

Commentsell operates alongside your existing POS system. Reservations are tracked in our dashboard, and when customers pick up, you ring them up in your POS as usual. We don't handle payments — that stays in your existing checkout flow. Some stores use our export features to prepare inventory or cross-reference with their systems.

Our system sends automatic pickup reminders via DM to reduce no-shows. Most stores see pickup rates of 85-95%. For items that aren't picked up, you can simply return them to regular inventory or offer them to the next person on a waitlist. Over time, frequent no-shows can be flagged to help you manage expectations.
